My name is William de la Pena, Vice President of Merchants Services M&T Bank. I take a consultative approach to fulfilling clients needs with the proper solution for their payment processing needs. I have been in the Merchant Processing industry for over 30 years. I have worked as an Independent Sales Organization and multiple banks over my 30 plus years in the industry. I have been personally involved with clients that process credit cards ranging from $10,000 to $12,500,000 a month. My merchants range from small to large retailers, contractors, medical industry, dental industry, NFL football franchises and high risk online businesses. My reputation in the industry is that I am very responsive and attentive and always up for a challenge.  I’m from NJ area all of my life, married with 7 children. My hobbies include traveling and enjoying the NJ beaches also playing volleyball.
